Photoworks

Earlier works such as Monuments to Coal explore the changing face of the Valleys and the way perceptions of the former coal industry permeated the psyche of its society. Later works such as Powerlines and Outlook respond to less-dominant histories of the Valleys and the historical archives that had been produced by them. Transmissions and Forest engage with notions of culture, language and globalisation. Poles is a current project under development. The dates during which the works were undertaken are as follows:
